Glendale Municipal Airport (ICAO: KGEU, FAA LID: GEU) is a city-owned public-use airport located six miles (10 km) west of the central business district of Glendale, a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States.[1] According to the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2007–2011, it is categorized as a reliever airport.[2]
Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, Glendale Municipal Airport is assigned GEU by the FAA but has no designation from the IATA.[3]
Glendale Municipal Airport covers an area of 720 acres (290 ha) which contains one asphalt paved runway (1/19) measuring 7,150 x 100 ft (2,179 x 30 m).[1]
